INTERNATIONAL TETRA SKI RACE SCHOLARSHIP

The objectives of this scholarship are to:

• Increase awareness of adaptive sports opportunities available for individuals with DMD

• Provide an opportunity for individuals with DMD to participate in the International Tetra Ski Championship at Powder Mountain in Utah each March 

• Partner with New England Disabled Sports to highlight the abilities of a tetra ski athlete living with Duchenne who has participated in our Adaptive Ski Program 

International Tetra Ski Championship Scholarship includes:

• A $5,000 stipend to cover travel and other costs to attend the race

Essential information:

• The application deadline for the 2025 race has closed

• The grant will be awarded to an applicant by Monday, February 3rd, 2025

• ​The grant will be awarded based on how many times they have done this program with JB's Keys and their experience with the Tetra Ski

• If multiple applicants have equal qualifications, we will choose the recipient at random from that group.
