RACE
NATIONAL TETRA SKI RACE SCHOLARSHIP
The objectives of this scholarship are to:
Increase awareness of adaptive sports opportunities available for individuals with DMD
Provide an opportunity for individuals with DMD to participate in the National Tetra Ski Championship at Powder Mountain in Utah each March
Partner with New England Disabled Sports to highlight the abilities of a tetra ski athlete living with Duchenne who has participated in out Adaptive Ski Program
National Tetra Ski Championship Scholarship includes:
A $5,000 stipend to cover travel and other costs to attend the race
Essential information:
The application for the March 2025 race will be open on Monday, December 2nd, 2024
The application deadline for the 2025 race is Monday, January 6th, 2025
Applicants will receive confirmation of receipt of application within one week
Applicants will be notified if they were accepted by Friday, January 10th, 2025
Applicants will be accepted based on how many times you have already done this program with JB's Keys, when we received your application, and upon recommendation of coaches at New England Disabled Sports.
